Rachel Anderson-Ridenour

PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN

Rachel was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She grew up swimming competitively and continued her swimming career at the College of William & Mary, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Biochemistry. Rachel continued her studies in graduate school at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. She is a dry needling certified physical therapist (CMTPT/DN) through Myopain Seminars, and an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

Rachel’s passion for physical therapy is driven by her desire to help individuals of all ages live a pain-free and active lifestyle. She enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level, and finds it rewarding to help patients succeed through the entire recovery process. In her free time, Rachel enjoys staying active by playing volleyball, swimming, and hiking outdoors with her husband. She has also continued to stay involved in the swimming world by coaching year-round, with a focus on swimmers 12 and under.
