Nicole is a native to Northern Virginia. After high school, Nicole went on to play soccer at Shenandoah University, but her sports career ended due to injuries. That is when Nicole found massage, and graduated from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and earned her License in Massage Therapy in 2014. Eventually returning to school to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Health and Exercise Science from American Public University in 2020.
With over 12 years of experience as a massage therapist, Nicole specializes in therapeutic, clinically based massage focused on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery. Using a variety of modalities, her sessions are tailored to each individual—whether a full-body approach or targeted treatment is needed. She is certified in a variety of modalities including; Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Cupping, IASTM, Sports Massage, and Prenatal. With her experience, she has gained a more well-rounded aspect of how we should be treating our bodies. Nicole is passionate about working with new patients and takes pride in helping people feel better, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy.
In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, soccer and catching up on her favorite shows.
